Hi, this is Melanie Nashan with Nashan Photographers. My associates and I are based out of Montana, Florida and California and love taking wedding and portrait photographs for our clients. We have photographed weddings all over the world and customize our packages specifically for each client.

Please take some time and look at our ‘artists’ page to see some of our online portfolios and then our ‘your event’ page to look at some of the more recent work we have done. We specialize in capturing candid, artistic moments of you and your families during all stages of your lives including weddings, family gatherings, holiday photos, senior portraits, maternity shoots and baby portraits.

This August, we are excited to be offering a wedding photography camp. Read all about it here.

Feel free to call me with any questions that you might have or to set up a meeting. You can keep informed by receiving our blog entries by signing up for a RSS feed or subscribing for an email notification every time we make an entry.

SKATEBOARD RAMP

My son Cole who is turning six tomorrow LOVES skateboarding. Last night our dear friend Marc Weideman and my husband brought over a skateboard ramp that they spent two days buiding! It is 25' long and 8' wide!!! Cole was so excited he could hardly speak when we took his blindfold off. Un until last night he had to skate on our driveway and some makeshift ramps that my husband created with plywood and horses. Thank you Marc for spending two days with Jeffrey making the best present ever for Cole!!!!

Here are some photos that Keegan and I took.

My Daughter Keegan shoots her first wedding....

Leah had contacted me regarding her wedding photography last year and was interested in just three hours of coverage and was working with a smaller budget than either Barbel or I offered in our packages. I suggested that she might want to look at my daughter Keegan's photographs on the web site. She did and was interested in hiring Keegan to photograph her wedding. This was Keegan's first job photographing her a wedding on her own.

Keegan has been coming to weddings with me since she was seven years old and now has six years of experience to draw upon. She was comfortable taking on the job and created wonderful images. Although I was at hand to help her if something came up that she couldn't handle, she shot the wedding on her own.

Here are some of my favorite shots that she took. I am so incredibly proud of her. I find it amazing that she has the confidence and skill to take on such an important job without much hesitation. She worked gracefully and thoughtfully throughout the blistering heat and came up with a photographic story that is indicative of Leah and Tim's personality and wedding celebration.
